- Hydraulic Cleaning Head
Hydraulic
powered head gives torque and power for out hung-up product
and superior control to keep the head in the product. Rotation
is also reversible so you can reach more area and back off
from unseen obstacles you may encounter in the bin.
B- Hydraulic Power Unit
Explosion-proof
7.5 HP power unit is designed around the mobility of a 2-
wheel hand truck. It moves easily from bin to bin and fits
in most manlifts so you can get power where you need it. It’s
load-sensing pump adapts to changing conditions and runs cooler-extending
component life.
C - Portable Hydraulic Controls
The portable
controls give precise control over all functions of both the
BinWhip and its allied Pneumat product, the BinDrill®.
D- Custom Length Hoses
All hoses are
high strength, abrasion resistant wire-braid construction
that can be custom fitted to suit all your bin sizes.
E - Whips
Depending on
the application, UHMW knuckle whips, non-sparking bronze chain,
or brush heads may be attached to the cleaning head.
F - Modular Aluminum Construction
BinWhip's aircraft-grade
aluminum structure sets-up and breaks-down quickly for easy
transfer from bin to bin. 3 different frame sizes are available
to fit virtually all sizes of vessels.
G - Telescoping Booms
Muti-section
high-strength aluminum booms adjust at pre-set stops for easy
adjustment to fit different size vessels. Eliminates the need
for assembling separate boom pieces with pins and connectors.
