Pneumat Systems has the only All-Hydraulic bin cleaning and silo equipment on the market.

Pneumat got it's start as a Custom Vac Service, cleaning elevators, railcar and truck accidents. Increasingly Pneumat was asked to clean bins and doing it with Vacs proved to be only marginally effective and overly dangerous since personnel had to go into the bin for cleaning. There had to be a better way...

Due to a need for a safer, faster and easier way for bin cleaning, the BinWhip was developed. Through use and refinement in our contract cleaning service the BinWhip was designed and redesigned to be an effective tool for cleaning bins of compacted material without having personnel enter the bin. It was all done from outside the bin.

As a companion to the BinWhip, the BinDrill was developed to aid in clearing a flow channel through bridged or plugged bins. Its all hydraulic power allows drilling through rock hard material down to depths of 150 feet.

Throughout its history, Pneumat has always taken an approach of doing what is best for its bin customers, in terms of flow aid services and products. No one product or service can solve every flow problem encountered in bins and silos, so we continue to develop and acquire new flow aid products to better address the needs of our customers.
