Maybe it’s
just a little build-up. So you’ve tried everything. Poking.
Banging. Shaking. Maybe you put a guy in a chair and lower him from
the top to clear out the blockage. Not a very popular method with
OSHA.
Enter Team Pneumat.
The big difference with our material flow solutions is that they
are all hydraulically powered at the end. The advantages are considerable:
- No plant air needed to run the equipment,
saving the cost of fuel and renting compressed air.
- Absolute control, with the ability to slow
down and keep full hitting power on the blockage, spinning the
head to keep it where it needs to be.
- Direction can be reversed to get to corners
and other hard to get places.
Other advantages include the reduction of personnel.
Once our system is installed, it can easily be moved around, takes
only one person to operate and requires no special training. Initial
training is included with the system.
We offer a number of different tools to fit particular problems,
often finishing jobs our competitors have started. Our methods are
efficient and safe, allowing us to complete jobs in a fraction of
the time it takes others. A small feed mill, for example, may take
two eight - ten hour days, and we can usually get the same job done
in four – five hours.

any bin, any where at any time.
