KEEP PRODUCTION GOING
Why Choose Pneumat?
Steel processing facilities that
handle large volumes of product have to deal with clogs from powdered
potassium chloride, coal and/or lime that can affect a positive
flow. Using a number of solutions from Pnuemat, such as a BinWhip,
BinDrill, AirForce
Air Cannons, and/or Cardox, you can
keep your processes flowing and keep your people safer and more
productive at the same time.
Plus, we can clear up these clogs
when they’re small problems and before they become big, expensive
problems. Both the BinWhip and BinDrill units are designed to be
modular so you can move them from bin to bin quite easily.
These machines are hydraulic powered and can fit into bins or bunkers
of any shape or size. The hydraulic power is efficient and controllable,
enabling more power to go into cleaning, rather than spinning in
mid-air or blowing dust around like air-powered machines do. Because
they are reversible, either machine can reach into all corners just
by changing the direction of rotation, also allowing you to bring
the drill up with ease. The BinWhip provides full hitting power
and torque at all speeds, so you can operate our machine at lower
speeds without losing control or power.
Steel processing plants can also
use the Cardox tube solution, fastened from the outside of your
equipment or storage vessel. This method eliminates the need for
workers to enter the clogged area, eliminating danger from heat
exposure, contaminated air or loosened materials. Because the Cardox
tube is secured in a sealed coupler assembly, your operators are
not exposed to flying debris associated with water injection and
are not dangerously close to the blast area as with shotgun methods.
Plant personnel operate from a safe distance while Cardox does the
work.
AirForce Air Blaster System releases
controlled blasts of compressed plant air (50-125 psi) from strategically
located AirForce Air Cannons to break-up compactions in bins, hoppers,
silos, or other types of storage facilities. The result is an uninterrupted
flow of materials for continuous production and full capacity use
of storage facilities at all times. Each Pneumat machine has been
designed, built and used by us and our customers with great success.
We are constantly improving their effectiveness and ease of use
to keep Pneumat as the leader in bin cleanout technology.
We have the tools, and the experience
to handle any type of bulk flow problem that might arise in your
facility. We’ve either seen or we will figure it out.
