Even under the best of conditions, the nature of grain storage is such that when the product is out of condition, whether because of moisture, concrete seepage, dust collection, or the trash bin is full with fine material built up, it can lock up. Of course, these kinds of problems can take days, even weeks to resolve.

The BinWhip and BinDrill units are modular and can move from one bin to the next with ease, regardless of whether it is wheat middlings, corn, screenings, oats, soybeans, barley and/or rice.

Pneumat’s hydraulic powered BinWhip and BinDrill fit grain bins of any shape or size. Not only is the hydraulic power efficient, it’s controllable as well, so the power goes into cleaning instead of wasting valuable fuel and equipment spinning in mid-air or blowing dust around.

Because both are reversible machines, you can reach into corners just by changing the direction of rotation. It also enables you to bring the drill up with ease. Since the BinWhip delivers full hitting power and torque at all speeds, the power is always there so you can operate our machine at lower speeds and still have control without losing power.

Alternatively, when applicable, we recommend the Cardox tube, applied from the outside of your equipment or storage vessel. This is a much safer scenario for your workers, since they don’t have to enter any areas that are clogged, containing contaminated air or loosened materials.
