Pneumat Precalciner and Preheater Tower Solutions:

Problem: Build-ups in tower, precalciner and chutes in-between. When the chemistry is off, it chokes off production.

Pneumat Solution: Wherever there is a build-up, a base socket can be welded on at any stage or anywhere in-between so that Cardox can be used to eliminate the problem. It can also be used as a preventative measure by having base sockets that hold the tubes in place, in various strategic positions, and use Cardox periodically.

AirForce Air Cannons (formerly LADCO) in different spots can also be used in these types of situations. With a control-timing box to control all of them it makes make bulk flow safer, faster, easier.

The problem is cleared, literally in seconds, and you’re back to full production again.
Problem: Shutdowns for maintenance issues and tower cleaning puts employees’ safety at risk due to overhead build-up.

As shown below Cardox base sockets are strategically placed on the outside or the feedshelf so tubes can easily placed to eliminate any build-ups.
