Why Choose Pneumat?

Cement plants can be seriously disrupted and production can be stalled when product blockage decreases efficiently. Large volumes and inconsistent cleaning can compound these problems. Using practically every product in our line, we have a solution for virtually any type of cement blockage.

Using a BinWhip, BinDrill, AirForce Air Cannons, Cardox or any combination to knock down minimal build up problems before they become huge, expensive problems will keep your processes flowing and keep your employees safe. Significantly, it also helps them be more productive without wasting valuable man-hours attempting to unclog storage. Our BinWhip and BinDrill units are also designed to move from bin to bin with ease, cleaning finished cement, rock, gypsum, slag, clay, oxide, homogenized, raw and/or clinker silos.

With Pneumat’s hydraulic powered BinWhip and BinDrill, one size fits all bins. The Hydraulic power is efficient and controllable, allowing more power concentrating on cleaning instead of the inefficient spinning or blowing dust around like air-powered machines. Being reversible, the machines can crawl into all corners and let’s you bring the drill up with ease. The BinWhip delivers full smashing power and torque at all speeds, so you can operate our machine at any speed with full power.

For safety and minimal exposure to contaminated build up, the Cardox tube offers a solution that is attached from the outside of your equipment or storage vessel. Because the Cardox tube is secured in a sealed coupler assembly, operators are not exposed to flying debris that can happen with water injection and are not dangerously close to the blast area as with shotgun methods. Plant personnel operate from a safe distance while Cardox does the work.

The AirForce Air Blaster System releases controlled blasts of compressed plant air (50-125 psi) from strategically located AirForce Air Cannons to break-up compactions in bins, hoppers, silos, or other types of storage facilities. The result is an uninterrupted flow of materials for continuous production and full capacity use of storage facilities at all times.

Each machine we use has been designed and built by Pneumat, continually improving and innovating new ways to safely and efficiently clear cement blockages, keeping us the leader in bin cleanout technology.
