AirForce Airblasting System Works.

aircannon cleaning systems
No matter what your material flow problem is, our AirForce Air Blasting System can provide uninterrupted flow of materials.
Bulk materials stuck in silos, hoppers and other storage facilities can create a lot of “sticky” problems. When material flow slows or stops, so does production. Then, costly and sometimes dangerous procedures such as manual probing and hammering, vibrating, or even blasting with explosives must be used to free the trapped material. All this wastes time, energy, and money.

But the AirForce Airblasting System offers a simple, economical solution to these problems—airblasting. More than 50 years ago, a predecessor company of Long-Airdox developed the concept of using safe compressed air to blast coal out of mine seams.

Today, the principles of this Airblasting System are being applied successfully in hundreds of industrial and commercial applications where coal or other compacted bulk materials are trapped in storage. The AirForce Airblaster System releases controlled blasts of compressed plant air (50-125 psi) from strategically located AirForce Air Cannons to break-up compactions in bins, hoppers, silos, or other types of storage facilities. The result: an uninterrupted flow of materials for continuous production and full capacity use of storage facilities at all times.
