About
Pneumat Bin Cleaning Systems
Pneumat
Systems began in 1982 as a contract cleaning company serving the
grain industry throughout the Midwest. Dissatisfied with the safety
and effectiveness of the tools then available, we developed the
BinWhip and its companion, the BinDrill,
which permit the rapid clearing of compacted bins safely,
from the outside.
In
recent years, we have expanded operations through product development
and acquisitions. We have developed new applications for our products
and expanded into new markets where our experience allows us to
offer new solutions to a growing number of problems. Our goal
is to be the premier flow aid solution provider serving the bulk
material handling industry.
Time
Line
"We
have never walked away from a job" This statement is often
repeated within Team Pneumat. We feel that we have always had
a solution to cleaning a storage facility. To be sure there have
been times when the economics ruled against our recommendations,
and times when the safety prevented us from completing an assignment,
but in total we have a very high success rate for completing jobs
in a timely manner.
Pneumat
Systems Inc. is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of
training and safety for all of our employees. All Pneumat personnel
are certified OSHA and MSHA standards by a government certified
training facility. We also maintain an in-house training program,
which includes equipment operation and set up, cleaning procedures
and employee responsibilities and policies.
We
are very proud of our track record: Pneumat Systems has never
had a lost time injury, in any of our fieldwork or in our plants,
since we began our business in 1982. We have never been issued
a federal MSHA number. This is because we have never had an incident
of violation in a facility covered under MSHA regulations. Pneumat
Systems' crews have undergone a number of onsite OSHA inspections
at various facilities, which can occur when they are in a facility
cleaning a storage facility and this facility is undergoing an
OSHA inspection. In these cases our crews have never been sited
for any OSHA violation for either the equipment or our safety
practices.
We
are sure you will impressed with our professionalism and attention
to detail in our efforts to solve your bin cleaning problems.
